365aca operates under a licence issued by an international gaming authority. Any disputes arising from these terms will be governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction.
365acaYou must be at least 18 years old to open an account or use any service on 365aca. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Accounts that fail age verification will be closed immediately.
Each member may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited. 365aca reserves the right to investigate any case that appears suspicious.
You must provide your real name, a valid email address, correct date of birth, phone number, and accurate ID details. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any funds held.
Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal or when requested by 365aca. You will need to submit a government-issued ID (NID/passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawals will be on hold until verification is complete.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Funds must come from the member's own payment method — third-party payments are not accepted.

KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Withdrawals can only be processed using the same method used for the original deposit. Any withdrawal from a bonus balance requires the applicable wagering requirements to be fully met.
365aca does not charge any transfer fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges. 365aca reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals and request additional documentation for any transactions deemed suspicious.
All bets placed at 365aca are accepted voluntarily by the member. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled — so please double-check all details before placing your bet.
If a match or event is cancelled, all related bets are voided and the stake is returned to the member's balance. In cricket, if the result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, that result will be considered final.
Odds change continuously during in-play betting. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed will apply. If odds shift due to network delays, 365aca reserves the right to accept or reject the bet at the updated odds.

The maximum win on a single bet is ৳50,000. For multiple bets, the maximum win within any 24-hour period is ৳2,00,000. Any amount won beyond these limits may be forfeited.
All bonuses and promotional offers at 365aca are governed by these general terms as well as the specific terms attached to each bonus. In the event of any conflict, the bonus-specific terms will take precedence.
Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. A bonus converts to real money only once the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount.
When placing a bet, your real money balance is deducted first, followed by your bonus balance. Any unused bonus balance will be forfeited once the bonus expires.
Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, completing bonus wagering with low-risk betting strategies, or misusing payment methods will be considered bonus abuse. In such cases, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
365aca reserves the right to close any account at any time without providing a reason. Any real money balance remaining in the account will be refunded, unless there is evidence of fraudulent activity.
If you wish to close your account, please contact support. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed. Requests to reopen an account during an active self-exclusion period will not be accepted.

If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, 365aca reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake. Any winnings resulting from erroneous odds may also be cancelled.
365aca reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance by email of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
